Who Should Fear Losing Their Jobs?

I've watched this whole fear tactic used by Michell Hicks' people to try to convince tribal employees to vote for Michell. It basically goes like this, if Patrick Lambert gets elected, there will be mass firings. Someone even went as far as to concoct a list.
First of all 38 or so names doesn't equate to a mass firing. Second of all, there is no list. Third, I can answer who should worry about losing their jobs. They are the following:
Those whose jobs are unnecessary;
Those who are unqualified for their jobs;
Those who are unprofessional in carrying out their jobs.
The irony is Michell Hicks has actually fired people over politics. And ask the majority of tribal employees off the record, and they'll tell that employee morale at the tribe sucks. Michell Hicks has succeeded at creating a completely hostile work environment, and if anything it gives employees a good reason to vote Michell Hicks out of office.
I don't find it too surprising that some of those who are crying around the most about a supposed firing by Patrick Lambert are ones who fit into the top three categories. Everyone else, you've got nothing to worry about.
